The training, examination, and licensing of protected area supervisors have been successfully completed.
Six officials from the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency, three from the Directorate for the Administration of "Sharri" National Park, and three from the Directorate for the Administration of "Bjeshkët e Nemuna" National Park have been licensed as protected area supervisors.
The licensing certificates for protected area supervisors were signed by the Minister of MMPHI, and were distributed to the officials by the Executive Director of the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency and by the representatives of the licensing commission.
With the licensing of protected area supervisors, the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency has raised the professional level of officials - supervisors of protected areas, who are responsible for the preservation, protection, and promotion of the natural values of national parks.
