The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo (IHMK) has reached a historic moment by accrediting its water quality laboratory with SK EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
Thanks to the continuous dedication of AMMK and IHMK, the water quality monitoring system in Kosovo is more advanced and closer to European standards.
This success was supported by the Integrated Water Resources Management Program in Kosovo (IWRM-K), which provided essential assistance in staff, equipment, capacity building, and expertise throughout the accreditation process.
This accreditation marks an important step forward in strengthening water quality monitoring in Kosovo.
Together, we are positively impacting Kosovo's water resources!
