Representatives of AMMK, namely, the Director of the Directorate for the Management of the Sharri National Park – Mr. Bajram Kafexholli, the Director of the Directorate for the Management of the Bjeshkët e Nemuna National Park – Mr. Fatmir Morina, and the Legal Officer of AMMK – Mr. Ali Sefaj, were received in a meeting by representatives of the Motorcycle Federation of Kosovo.
On this occasion, the representatives of the Motorcycle Federation of Kosovo were informed about the legal rules and restrictions on the movement of motorcyclists within the territory of the National Parks. They were also informed about the punitive measures provided for non-compliance with the respective rules.
This meeting was held within the framework of activities for the protection of natural resources of National Parks from illegal and unlawful actions, such as the movements of motorcyclists in protected areas within the park territory, as well as increasing cooperation with various institutions to prevent these activities.
Similar meetings to enhance cooperation and to inform parties about the rules of conduct and movement within the territory of National Parks will also be held in the future with other interested parties.
