03 November 2010 – The publication of this bulletin is a contribution of the cooperation between the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (MESP) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The need to increase the level of qualitative information about the environment has been one of the reasons that prompted the publication of this bulletin. The main aim of this bulletin is to bring environmentally important information to environmental enthusiasts, but also to reflect the commitments, efforts, and activities of environmental institutions, environmental non-governmental organizations, and civic initiatives for the improvement of the environmental situation. In the pages of the bulletin, which will be published every three months, there will also be various tips for environmental protection, curiosities about the environment, events from the global environmental calendar, as well as important environmental facts.
On this occasion, we call on all interested organizations as well as individuals to cooperate with us, to send us various information about the environment in order to fulfill our goal. With fruitful cooperation and joint commitment, we hope that this bulletin will become another window to meet the need for information about the state of the environment around us.
