AMMK calls to support the initiative Let's Clean Kosovo

21.05.2012 - The Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency called on all citizens, institutions, organizations, and all environmental enthusiasts to join the initiative Let's Clean Kosovo on May 24.
A positive response to this initiative and participation in the nationwide cleaning action Let's Clean Kosovo is a very good opportunity to contribute to improving the image of our country and to improving the state of the environment.
It is the right moment for each of us to fulfill our duty and responsibility to protect the environment. By being part of this action, we will show the whole world that we love our country, we love a clean environment, we care about having a clean environment, and we are ready to face all environmental challenges.
Demonstrate your will and readiness by becoming part of the action on May 24, and together: let’s clean every neighborhood, every street, every village, every city, and every park. On May 24, all together 'Let’s Clean Kosovo,' so do not hesitate and become part of the action.
This is the largest civic initiative for cleaning Kosovo, which will be carried out in 37 municipalities of Kosovo, where 50,000 volunteers will participate, who are expected to collect and clean our environment of 10,000 tons of waste in just one day.
Cleaning up Kosovo is part of the global movement "Let's do it World," which started in Estonia in 2008 and has spread at a breathtaking pace to all corners of the world.
