19.12.2016 - Based on measurements conducted by the Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo, the analysis of the results obtained from the automatic air quality monitoring shows that in recent days there have been exceedances of the daily limit values for PM10. The allowed daily limit value for the protection of human health is 50 µg/m3, while during these days the maximum value of the daily average was recorded on 18.12.2016, reaching 149.87 µg/m3. This is also the highest value recorded during this year, see the graph below.
High concentrations were also observed for the PM2.5 pollutant, which reached its maximum value on the same day and at the same location, reaching 141.8 µg/m3.
