Based on the measurements conducted by the Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo and from the analysis of the results obtained from the automatic air quality monitoring, it has been observed that during the past days the situation has been within the normal standards of daily limit values allowed for the protection of human health, which is 50 µg/m³.
Only on 08.01.2017 was a significant exceedance observed, where the daily average values of 51.3 µg/m³ were recorded.
As for the concentrations of the pollutant PM2.5, the highest daily average values were recorded on the same day and at the same location, reaching a value of 47.2 µg/m³.
