17.04.2018 - As part of the activities for the start of drafting Regulatory Plans for special areas in PK Sharri, the director of DAPK “Sharri”, Bajram Kafexholli, Mr. Daniel Bogner, project KEP expert, and Mr. Tush Markaj, local project expert, met with the Mayor of the Municipality of Dragash, Mr. Shaban Shabani, the Director of Urbanism, Cadastre and Environmental Protection, Mr. Bean Hadžihasan, and the Director of Education, Mr. Vloran Cenaj, with whom they discussed the possibilities of cooperation in drafting these plans, one of which extends into the territory of the municipality of Dragash.
Mr. Kafexholli, Director of DAPK “Sharri” and Coordinator of the third component of the KEP program (Environmental Program for Kosovo), informed the representatives of the Dragash Municipality about the purpose and activities of the project supported by the Swedish Government, specifically by the Swedish International Development Agency-SIDA, and more specifically about the third component of the project, which aims to strengthen the management of cross-border nature areas.
The Mayor of Dragash Municipality expressed readiness and willingness for cooperation and support for the drafting of regulatory plans for PK Sharri. The drafting of regulatory plans for special areas within PK Sharri will help in the sustainable development of these areas and in the improvement of the relevant infrastructure.
