30.01.2019 - The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has approved the environmental sticker for vehicles. This environmental sticker will be used during the process of measuring emissions (gases) released from mobile sources or motor vehicles according to the respective categories.
This decision obliges all Technical Vehicle Control Centers and Homologation Centers to start its implementation from February 1, 2019.
The decision is based on Administrative Instruction no. 08/2016 on the permissible emission standards into the air from mobile sources of pollution.
The vehicle environmental sticker or ticket is a mark that is placed on the front windshield of vehicles to indicate the level of emissions emitted by the respective vehicle.
The purpose of its use is the reduction of air pollution from mobile sources by designating areas where vehicle circulation is allowed or prohibited depending on the level of gas emissions they release. For more
