24.12.2019 - The Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency, specifically the Kosovo Institute for Nature Protection, within the framework of the 2019 Work Plan, has also prepared the Professional Justification for declaring the Boshtra site (Forsythia europea) in the Golesh habitat as a protected natural monument.
Based on the requirements of the Law on Nature Protection (No.03/L-233), specifically Article 15.1 (Public participation in decision-making), documents prepared in the nature sector must be subjected to public discussion before being approved and published.
Based on these requirements, the draft document Professional Justification for declaring the Boshtra site (Forsythia europea) in the Golesh habitat is being subjected to public discussion. The public discussion will be open from 24.12.2019 until 24.01.2020.
Within this process, AMMK expects the engagement of all interested parties, especially experts and various associations, who can help with comments and recommendations in completing the final document.

Document: Professional justification for declaring the locality of Boshtrë as a protected natural monument.
The document, prepared in cooperation with the relevant municipalities where the proposed protection area is located, is also in the process of public discussion in these municipalities.
